You have been provided with a sheet to do your drawing on.

Spelling

Group Y can find their 'ing'  (with ending 'e' dropped, nearly always) ending letter pattern words at - Click-here
Group X can find their 'squ' starting letter pattern words at - Click-here

Personal Spelling words - Click-here - also you should find the meanings of the words

You also have one personal enemy word to learn.

Maths

'Addition Activity'.

You should create a bag of shopping using items from home and then calculate the total weight of the shopping by adding up the weight of all the items.

You will find that most food items have a weight on them, you may however need to weigh some items - be careful that all weights are in the same unit of measure.

Use can use either the 'formal' or 'partitioning' method to calculate the total weight. If you use both methods you should get the same answer for both calculations - if they are different go back and check.
(Do not use a calculator).

Layout your work neatly to help keep your work accurate, using columns for units, tens, hundreds etc.

Topic
This is a 3 week project - this is the first week with completion due for the 3 Dec.

Using your knowledge and additional research (if required) you are to dress a doll in Roman dress.
